How can I change the collection store for my order?
Click here to go into your order. Go to the order you want to change, click the VIEW OR CHANGE ORDER BUTTON, then click the CHANGE button next to 'Collection store'.
If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please phone the store and let them know.
Please note, after 7 days unclaimed orders of clothing, beauty and homeware will be returned to stock and we will refund your payment.
If you do not collect your Food to Order items, we will return 50% of the total order value to you as a refund. We will retain 50% of the total order value as a charge against the costs incurred in processing and supplying your order.
