 *Standard deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 2 working days longer. For nominated day delivery, there is only a 48 hour delivery service available for some postcodes.  The earliest delivery date for orders placed on Sunday will be the following Tuesday and the following Wednesday for selected postcodes. Delivery Options
Delivery options are shown on the product pages to let you know whether the item is available for home delivery or store collection within the UK.  Many items are also available for international delivery.

Hospital Deliveries
Please note not all hospitals will accept delivery of flowers.  Please check with the hospital before ordering.

Technology Items and Orders Over £260
Please note that orders containing technology items (T04 product code) and orders over the value of £260 must be signed for at the delivery address.

Flower Orders - Amendments and Cancellations
Amendments and cancellations can be accepted until your flower order is prepared for despatch.  During busy periods, such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, your order details may be prepared up to 3 days before your order is ready to be despatched.

Hampers Delivery Information
Chilled hampers cannot be delivered to BFPO addresses, PO boxes, Scottish highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, N. Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands or overseas.
Hampers can be delivered to all UK addresses except BFPO boxes, PO boxes, the Channel Islands and overseas, using our standard delivery service.

Furniture Delivery Information
Before our crew arrives, please ensure that normal ground floor access and the room itself have enough space for your new furniture to be delivered. Our crew will unpack and assemble your furniture. All packing materials will be taken away, disposed of and recycled where possible. The crew will ask you to inspect your items carefully and will give you a checklist to help you do this. After this, you'll be asked to sign for the furniture. It is therefore essential that you're available to take receipt. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please inform the crew before signing.

Free furniture delivery excludes Isle of Man. Furniture orders for Isle of Man must be placed in Douglas store.

Furniture returns
When returning large items (such as furniture) that cannot be sent in the pre-paid package, please arrange for collection by us promptly at your cost (£100).

Delivery Only Furniture
Delivery only furniture will be delivered to your door. You will need to unpack and position them yourself. A signature will be required upon receipt of your order. Some products may require self-assembly. Instructions will be provided.

Plan A. Climate Change
Our free eco-friendly furniture delivery service is supported by Forest Carbon, which helps landowners plant forests that meet Forestry Commission standards.  Since 2006 we've supported the planting of 30,000 trees to help offset the annual emissions from our furniture deliveries until August 2009.  For more details on Plan A, visit marksandspencer.com/Plan A.

International delivery
