When can I collect my Food to Order?

As most of our orders are delivered into store prior to opening you can normally collect your order at any time during your chosen store’s opening hours.

Please note that as all our food products are made to order you may need to take this into account when ordering from us as some products take time to prepare.  These timescales are taken into account when you select your collection date and are detailed on the individual products.  However as a guide:

  • Platters – 2 days
  • Party Food – 5 days
  • Personalised Cakes – 7 days
  • Speciality & Wedding Cakes – 21 days
