We deliver to most postcodes in the UK.  Please note we don't deliver to Eire, the Channel Islands or to shipping companies or Post Office boxes. We also have exceptions to some of our delivery services in certain areas - please click here to check if we deliver to your area.

There are 3 ways of entering a delivery address:

1) Choose an address from your address book

Addresses in your address book will be displayed at the top of the delivery address page during checkout.  You can amend these addresses in 'My Account'.

2)  Enter a new standard delivery address

Enter the full address, always including the postcode.
 
If you are using a standard address, enter the following details and click 'continue':

• Title
• First name
• Surname
• Main phone number
• Postcode

You can also add a house number/name and an alternative phone number.  If a single perfect match is found for the details you have entered, you'll see it on the next page.  If no single perfect match is found, address suggestions will be displayed.  If one of these is the correct address, select it and click 'confirm'.

Certain addresses are non-standard.  Others need additional information, otherwise the delivery could be delayed.  An example of this is the need for a ward name/number for deliveries to hospitals, or the country represented an FCO (Foreign Commonwealth Office). 

3)  Enter address details separately

If you want to enter a non-standard address or add extra information that is non-standard, please click on the "enter your address details" link under the standard delivery form and fill out the information in the required fields.  Please avoid the use of commas where possible.  For additional information, please fill out the form as instructed below.

Hospital addresses:

For hospital addresses, please fill out the required fields of the address form (these have a red asterisk next to them).  Additionally, enter the Ward name or number in address line 3.

Consulate addresses:

For consulate addresses, please fill out the required fields of the address form (these have a red asterisk next to them).  Additionally, enter the Country name of the consulate in address line 3.

If you don't know the postcode for your delivery address, you can click here to visit Royal Mail's postcode finder.  Please ensure you complete a full and valid postcode to avoid delays to your order.

Overseas Customers Ordering for UK Delivery

Enter the full UK address, always including the postcode.

If you are using a standard address, enter the following details and click 'continue':

• Title
• First name
• Surname
• Main phone number
• Postcode

You can also add a house number/name and an alternative phone number.  If a single perfect match is found for the details you have entered, you'll see it on the next page.  If no single perfect match is found, address suggestions will be displayed.  If one of these is the correct address, select it and click 'confirm'.If you wish to delete an address from your address book please log into your account online, select the delete button next to the address you wish to delete and press confirm.
