Ordering furniture, large screen TVs, gift cards and hampers
Ordering Furniture
Shortly after placing your order, we will telephone you to arrange FREE delivery. You will receive a confirmation letter a week before your delivery date. The day before delivery, we will telephone you to agree a 4-hour time slot.
Most upholstered items and larger cabinet furniture pieces are delivered, assembled and positioned in your home. Other items, including self-assembly furniture, will be delivered boxed to your door.
Before placing your order, please check the dimensions of the furniture to make sure it will fit in your home and don't forget to check access too.
Ordering Large Screen TVs (26”+)
Shortly after placing your order, we will telephone you to arrange FREE delivery. Before delivery, we will telephone you to arrange whether the delivery will be in the morning or afternoon.
Ordering Gift Cards
Choose from our Standard Delivery and Nominated Day Delivery services for delivery to your home, work or another address.Please note orders containing gift cards are not eligible for the free nominated day delivery offer.
Ordering Hampers
When you order a hamper, Standard Delivery is already included in the price.
Fresh hampers contain perishable refrigerated food. Before placing your order, it is important to make sure that someone is available to take delivery of the hamper. Please note we can only make one attempt at delivery as the quality would be compromised by redelivering at a later date.
