How do I change my nominated day delivery date?
As long as your order hasn't already despatched, you can change your nominated delivery date by taking the following steps:
- Click here to go into your order
- Sign in to your account
- Select Open and recently despatched orders from the dropdown box
- Find the order you want to change and click the VIEW OR CHANGE ORDER button
- Then click the CHANGE button under Delivery Service
- Click the SELECT DATE button
- Choose a new delivery date and click the ACCEPT button
- Click Continue
If the change is successful you will be presented with a confirmation message. Please note, if your order has already despatched the delivery date cannot be amended.
If the change is unsuccessful it may be because the item has gone out of stock. In this case, you will be taken to the cancellation screen.
