I have exceeded the 35 day limit for a full refund - what can I do?
Our till receipts clearly show the last day you can refund or exchange your purchase. Without a valid receipt, we will refund the last known selling price unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
Products bought online are sent with a parcel summary document - this is your receipt. Please bring your parcel summary document with you if you are returning items to a store or enclose it when you return items by post. Parcel summary documents show a despatch date - the last returns date is 35 days from this date. We appreciate that customers may receive items a few days after the despatch date so we do allow a few extra days for returns for online orders.
