What is the returns policy for international deliveries?
You can return unwanted goods under our “goodwill” returns policy. Our "goodwill" policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
For a “goodwill” refund (i.e where there is no legal right to a refund or exchange) you can return any clothing or home furnishing to us for a refund, provided you have the Parcel Summary document or other proof of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 35 days of receipt of your goods. We will refund the price paid for unwanted items but delivery charges, or any duties and taxes will not be refunded (unless returned in accordance with your rights under Distance Selling Regulations). Our “goodwill” returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights.
Toiletries, cosmetics, bra accessories, earrings for pierced ears, opened bedding, opened technology items, delivery and gift wrapping charges are excluded from “goodwill” refunds. Refunds will only be given in accordance with your local legal rights.
Bridal wear: once the security seal is broken, refunds will only be given in accordance with your local legal rights. If you need to return a wedding or bridesmaid's dress, please return it with any hanger, protective covering, carrier and wherever possible, in its original outer packaging.
