I have lost my parcel summary document, can I still return an item?
Yes, there are a few of ways you can do this if you’ve lost your parcel summary:
Via Store: If you are in the UK, you can return your item to one of our stores and, as long as it’s in a resalable condition, we'll give you a credit voucher for the current value of the item (this means that if the item has subsequently gone into a sale or been reduced, you will be credited with the item's last known selling price).
Online Form: You can complete our online form, print it and enclose it with your parcel. There is also a pre-paid postage label which can be used when returning parcels within the UK. Click here to use the returns form: http://help.marksandspencer.com/faqs/returnsform. Please make sure your details are correct on the form as this can delay the refund.
Write to us: You can also return the item by post by writing a letter to us including your full name and address and enclosing the order confirmation you received by email when you placed your order. Please note that if you post back items without our prepaid label, we are unable to refund postage. The correct returns address is: Marks and Spencer plc, Returns Department, 48 Hardwick Grange, Woolston, Warrington, WA1 4RF, United Kingdom.
Outside the UK? If you are outside the UK, you can still use the online form postage needs to be paid by the sender. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt Refunds for items returned by post are credited to the original card used for payment. If the item was a gift, the refund will go back to the sender.
