If I buy something as a Christmas present, what is your refund policy?

A Christmas gift... more time to make up your mind.

To help you with your Christmas shopping, products bought from 14th September can be returned up to 16th January. This gives gift recipients plenty of time to return unwanted presents, so you can shop early without worrying. Any purchases made after the 13th December will be eligible for the normal 35 day returns period.
To take advantage of this extended returns period, the receipt or parcel summary document must show a purchase or despatch date of 14th September to 13th December 2015.

Unwanted items purchased online can be returned to a store or by post as usual. Details are given on the parcel summary document. Items returned by post must be posted by 16th January 2016. It won’t cost you anything to return items from UK addresses with our freepost label, but please get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage.
The extended Christmas returns period applies to all products that can normally be returned for exchange or refund, in line with our usual returns policy. Please note that some products are excluded: gift cards, beauty, food, hampers, earrings, technology items, bra accessories, bedding, flowers and plants, furniture and made to order items. This does not affect your legal rights.
