Orders placed online
If you placed your order online, you may be able to cancel the original order and order the items again to the store you wish to collect from. To do this, login to your account and view your order history. You will be given the option to cancel, if the item is eligible to be cancelled. Unfortunately, if you are not given this option, it is too late to amend/cancel your order.
Orders placed in store
You can only amend your order within 15 minutes of the order being placed. Please speak to store staff who will be able to assist. If you are outside of the 15 minutes, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes.
