We’ll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order, and usually call you within 2 days to arrange a delivery date.
If you’re ordering in store
Visit one of our dedicated Home stores for our full collection of furniture, homeware and made to order services. The in-store cancellation and returns policy is different to online and phone ordering, so please check this with the store before you order.
If you’re ordering by phone
Call our Furniture Customer Services team (you'll find the telephone number on our contact us page). Please have your address and payment details ready when you call.
Things to remember:
- Make a note of your new furniture's dimensions and check that it will fit comfortably through any doorways, hallways and up any stairs
- Check the individual item details to see whether your item is self assembly or will be assembled by our delivery team.
