How long do I have to pick up my order in store?

Collection from an M&S store

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection if you have registered an email address to your account. We keep clothing, beauty and homeware orders for 7 days from the day it arrives in store. After that we’ll return the items to stock and give you a refund - click here to find out more. If you can't pick up within 7 days, we can sometimes extend the holding period, please call your collection store. 

If you receive an email saying that your order is ready for collection before the date you selected, you can collect it straight away. We will hold it for 7 days from your arranged collection date, not from the day it actually arrived in store. 

Food to Order is only held for your collection date. As food orders are perishable, we only keep them until the end of your collection day. If you don’t collect your order, we are unable to refund your order.

Collection from a CollectPlus location

CollectPlus will hold your order for 10 days from the date of receipt into the collection point. If your item is not collected after 10 days, you will get a refund minus the delivery charge of £2.50. You will receive a reminder SMS & email after 3 days of receipt and a final reminder will be sent after 7 days of receipt.
