I think my international order has been lost in the post. What should I do?

Some countries have longer delivery times than others. Please see the normal delivery time for your country here.

To track your package:
1. Sign in to 'Your account'
2. Go to 'Your orders' on the dropdown menu.
3.  click 'View order details' next to the order you're missing items from.

If the status of the order shows 'dispatched', you can check the package by clicking on the 'Track delivery' button. You'll be able to see your international delivery carrier under your order details.  For the best indication of the delivery date, refer to the estimated delivery date on the dispatch confirmation email for your order.

If you order hasn't arrived within 20 days after the date it was dispatched, please contact us.
