Why haven't I received all my items?

Sometimes we need to send your order in more than one package.

To check where all your items are:
1. Sign in to 'Your account
2. Go to the 'Your orders' dropdown menu
3. Click 'View order details' next to the order you're missing items from

The next page will show status for each package in your order as one of the 3 below: -
Order created - your items are still in the warehouse and have not been packaged yet
Awaiting dispatch - your item is being picked and packed, however, is still in our warehouse
Dispatched - your items are on its way. Your should have received a confirmation email with an expected arrival date
For any orders that have been replaced by customer services, the status will appear as 'Reshipped'.
