How can I place an order online to be delivered to a store?
Our free collect in store service is available at over 450 stores, including 150 Simply Food stores.
Some items (e.g. wine or flowers) can only be delivered to an address, but if you've ordered something that’s eligible to collect in store, all you need to do is select one of our participating stores and your collection date in the checkout, and we’ll deliver your order for free.
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to collect – please remember to bring your order number with you to the store.
Food orders can be collected at any time on your collection day, all other orders can be collected from 12pm midday.
If you’ve ordered food, you must collect your order on your collection day. As food orders are perishable, we don’t keep them until the next day. If you don’t collect your food order, we’ll give you a 30% refund. If you’ve ordered anything else (like clothing or homeware), you’ll have 7 days to collect your order before we return it to the warehouse and refund you.
