Why did my order arrive late?

If your order was delayed and dispatched from our warehouse late for any reason, we will have sent you an email to let you know. This will have been sent to the email address you have registered to your M&S.com account. 
We always aim to deliver within our stated delivery times but sometimes external factors like bad weather and traffic will cause delays.
