Will your delivery team carry my new furniture up the stairs to my flat?

We will call you, usually within a few days from when you placed your order, to arrange a delivery day. We will ask you about access to your property in order to ascertain whether the stairs are likely to be a problem (for example, we will ask you about the number of stairs, whether there is room to manoeuver, whether the furniture will need to be lifted to clear a bannister or any other obstacles etc.) Please do let us know if there are any other issues we should be aware of.

In the event that the delivery team are not able to carry your furniture upstairs, we will class your order as a cancelled order and you will incur a £50 charge. This will show as a separate charge and not be deducted from your refund.
