What time can I collect my order in store and what do I need to bring?

Clothing and Homeware

We will send an email to your registered email address when your order is ready to collect so you're best to wait for this before attempting to collect. Orders for clothing and homeware items will be available for collection from 12pm midday on your chosen collection day. 

If you are unable to collect on the day of delivery, we hold clothing, beauty and homeware orders in store for 7 days, after which they will be returned and you will get a full refund.

Food

We will send an email to the email address registered to your account when your order is ready to collect so it's best to wait for this before attempting to collect. Food to Order is delivered into store early in the morning and so can be collected as soon as your chosen store opens. You can find opening hours in our store finder

Food to Order must be collected on your chosen collection day. If you don't collect your Food to Order on your collection date, you will receive a 30% refund. As these items are perishable, we cannot keep them longer than your collection date. 

What do I need to bring?

Please bring either a copy of your order confirmation email or the below details with you to collect any order:

  • your name
  • your postcode
  • your email address
  • your phone number

This also applies if someone else is picking up the order on your behalf.
