Can I cancel my order?
Within 15 minutes of placing your order you are able to cancel your order online, please find instructions below. After 15 minutes you, or customer services, will not be able to cancel your order - however you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order.
If you placed your order as a guest it is not possible to cancel your order online. You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it by contacting our Customer Services team (click here for our contact details). After 15 minutes the Customer Services team will not be able to cancel your order.
Please note that we take payment as soon as you have placed your order so you might be charged for your order. Once you have cancelled, the money will be refund to you. That should be within the day - however it can take up to 5 working days.
Made to Measure shirts
As your shirt is made specifically for you, once you have placed the order, no changes or cancellations can be made, except in accordance with your legal rights. Additionally we will only accept returns in accordance with your legal rights.
How to cancel an order online
1. Sign in to your M&S account by clicking ‘Sign In’ in the top right-hand corner of the M&S homepage.
2. Click on ‘Your Account’ at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Click on ‘Your Orders’.
4. Click the ‘View Order Details’ button next to the order you want to cancel.
5. Then click on ‘Cancel order’
