How do I cancel the furniture order I have placed in store or online?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do this online within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please follow the instructions here to do this. 

After this point, an order can be cancelled in 2 ways:

  • Go into one of our furniture stores and a customer adviser will cancel the order for you.
  • Call our Furniture Customer Services team on 0333 014 8111 from the UK and 0353 1695 0741 from Ireland.

 

Please note: we take payment as soon as you have placed your order so you might be charged. Once you have cancelled, the money will be refunded to you. This can take up to 5 working days.
