How do I cancel the furniture order I have placed in store or online?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do this online within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please follow the instructions here to do this. 

After this point, an order can be cancelled in 2 ways:
• Go into one of our furniture stores and they will be able to cancel your order for you.
• Call our Furniture Customer Services team and they will be able to cancel your order for you, on 0333 014 8111.

Please note that we take payment as soon as you have placed your order so you might be charged for your order. Once you have cancelled, the money will be refunded to you. This can take up to 5 working days.
