How do I change my nominated day delivery date?

Once an order has been prepared for despatch, we are unable to make any changes to it, including the delivery date. 

If your order is for store collection and you can't collect it on the day you originally chose, we will keep the order in store for 7 days. 

If your order hasn't been prepared for despatch, you may be able to change the date online. If you are having difficulty doing this, please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 0333 014 8000 or click here for contact details
