How can I make changes to my Wine Club Subscription?
Click here to view or edit your wine plan. You can change the billing address, delivery address, payment details or type of wine. You can skip a delivery, increase the number of cases or cancel a subscription.
Your changes will affect the next delivery unless it's already on its way to you. If your delivery has already dispatched, details will be shown on the View and Edit Subscriptions page. If it is due to dispatch, you will see how many days you have left to edit your preferences.
If you call our Customer Service centre they'll be happy to talk you through the process. Please remember that only you have access to your subscription account so they won't be able to amend your details for you.
