How do I view, edit or cancel my Wine Club subscription?

You can edit your Wine Club preferences or cancel your wine plan in Your Wine Club plan. You can change the type of wine you receive (red, white or mixed) and you can add more cases if you’d like them. You’ll also find details of your next scheduled delivery, including the estimated delivery date and how long you have to make changes to your next case. Please note that amendments made within the 7 day period immediately before your quarterly delivery date may not come into effect until the following quarter.

We’ll email you before we start preparing each case, so you can change the type or number of cases you’d like. We’ll also update our tasting notes so you can see the wines we’ve picked for each plan.

You can cancel your Wine Club plan at any time, but please note that if you cancel your subscription within the 7 day period immediately before your quarterly delivery date, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation will take effect immediately.  You may still be charged for that delivery and your cancellation may not take effect until the following quarter. If you cancel at any other time, your cancellation will have immediate effect and no further payment will be taken.
