What do I do if I'm unhappy with the quality of the food I have bought?

We're sorry you’re disappointed with the quality of one of our food products. The next time you're visiting one of our stores, take your receipt and the packaging to the Food Information Desk.

Our colleagues in store will gather the information needed to report the issue and resolve this for you. Unfortunately if neither the receipt nor packaging has been retained, we cannot take the matter further.
