How long do I have to return an item?

You have 35 days to return an item for exchange or a full refund. You need to provide a valid receipt or parcel summary document.

The following items are excluded from our "goodwill" returns policy ("goodwill" means we're happy to refund you for items you don't want - we're not legally required to): Gift cards, beauty, food, food gifts, Food to Order, earrings, wine, hampers, duvets, pillows, bra accessories, made to measure orders, flowers, plants, fruit baskets, lingerie (for hygiene reasons), gifts and personalised items and any product with a seal, where the seal is broken. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.

Please note, bedding such as duvets and pillows can only be returned if they are unopened.

On technology products, any products purchased with a tamper proof seal cannot be returned if the tamper proof seal is broken. Once the tamper proof seal packaging has been opened, these products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights. All technology products are covered for faults by our guarantee. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, wear and tear or failure to follow the instructions. Please keep your parcel summary document for the duration of the guarantee period, as proof of date of purchase.

Wedding dresses, bridesmaids' dresses and adults' fancy dress costumes can only be returned by post. Please return dresses with their hangers, protective coverings, carriers and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging.
