What is the returns policy for international deliveries?

You can return unwanted clothing and home furnishings under our "goodwill" returns policy (this is where we refund you for items you don’t want, but we’re not legally required to) for a refund if you have your receipt or the parcel summary document that came with your order. Please note that cost of returns is incurred by you.

You must return the items in their original condition and packaging within 35 days of receiving them. We’ll refund the price you paid for the items, but delivery charges or any duties and taxes won’t be refunded (unless returned in accordance with your rights under Distance Selling Regulations). Our "goodwill" returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights.

Please note: Toiletries, cosmetics, bra accessories, earrings for pierced ears, opened bedding, opened technology items, delivery and gift wrapping charges are excluded from "goodwill"  refunds. Refunds will only be given in accordance with your local legal rights.
Bridesmaid dresses: Once the security seal is broken, refunds will only be given in accordance with your local legal rights. If you need to return a bridesmaid dress, please return it with its original hanger, protective covering, carrier and wherever possible, in its original outer packaging.
