How do I return my items using Doddle?

Doddle has a number of stores across the UK, conveniently located in train stations, universities, shopping centres and on the high street. It’s free and easy to return your items using Doddle. To find your nearest Doddle location, visit www.doddle.com/locations.

Return in 2 easy steps:

1. Bring your completed returns form and your unsealed parcel to a Doddle store

2. A Doddle parcelista will do the rest so you don’t have to worry about printing a label or sealing the parcel – that’s your return taken care of!

The Doddle parcelista will also print a returns receipt so that you can track your parcel. Plus, if you have lost your returns form, they can take those details from you too. And if you need extra packaging, Doddle can help free of charge. 

The maximum size for Doddle returns packages is combined dimensions of 150cm, with a maximum length of 120cm. 60x50x40 for example. The maximum weight is 16kg.

Doddle on the Parcel Summary

Can’t find the Doddle return label? You don’t need a label with Doddle. Simply complete the returns information on the despatch note and take it to your most convenient Doddle store along with your unsealed parcel. They will check that your parcel is securely sealed, print the label and get your items safely back to M&S. You’ll also get a receipt with tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your return.
