How do I return items internationally?
You can return an internationally ordered item from marksandspencer.com either by post or to any UK store.
Please note: We don't accept returns for items ordered from marksandspencer.com in any of our international stores outside the UK. Orders placed on our dedicated international sites may be returned to their local stores (e.g. Ireland, France, Netherlands)
Returning items internationally by post:
Please return items using your local postal services. They will have to be returned at your cost unless in accordance with your legal rights. Please obtain a Post Office receipt as proof of postage. Refunds for items returned by post are credited to the original card used for payment, certain refunds may be made by cheque. If the item was a gift, the refund will go back to the sender.
Send the items in their original packaging, marked as “returned goods” to:

Please note: When you return goods, please ensure you fill out the returns slip and mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs. This could cause your refund to be delayed.
Returning items to a UK store
Alternatively take the item, together with your Parcel Summary, to any UK Marks & Spencer store (apart from Outlet stores, Simply Food stores and Simply Food stores at railway stations, service stations or airports). Refunds for any items received as a gift will be given in the form of a credit voucher receipt. If you don't have a Parcel Summary, we'll give you the last known price of the item in a credit voucher receipt. Credit voucher receipts are valid for 12 months in UK stores only.
