Please note, the M&S goodwill refund policy does not apply to Fitbit products.

A refund or exchange for unwanted items which are in the original, unopened packaging (security seals must be intact) can be processed within 35 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Your legal rights to a refund or exchange in certain circumstances, are unaffected by the above.
