When will I get my refund for an item sent by international delivery?

Refunds for items returned under our "goodwill" policy are made to card used to pay for the original order. We try to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your return.

If you're returning items because they were faulty or damaged when they arrived, we’ll refund you the price you paid for the items. If your entire order was faulty or damaged when it arrived, we’ll refund your original delivery charge too, and the cost of returning the item to us via your local Post Office (up to a maximum cost of £10 per kg). If you paid import duty, we’ll repay this on a pro rata basis. This returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory rights.
