Returning your order to a Simply Food store

Can all M&S goods be returned to a Simply Food store?

We now offer a Returns Service in our Simply Food and Foodhall Stores for orders placed online for collection in store or delivered to your home. The service is not available in our Franchise stores, which include railway stations, airports, hospitals, MOTO service stations or BP franchises.

I placed an order online but collected it in store, can I still return to a Simply Food store?

Yes, it doesn't matter whether your order was collected in store or delivered to you, as long as the order was placed online it can be returned to a Simply Food store. 

Do I need to prepare my parcel?

The products should be in its original packaging with the parcel summary enclosed. 

I wish to return a gift, is this possible?

Yes, but the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. If you have a gift receipt or want a credit voucher, you will need to return it to a clothing and home store.

I've previously returned part of my order and now have no returns slip or packaging, can I still use this service?

As long as you can identify your order number you will be able to return your items. Without this, we cannot process your refund.
