How do I join Sparks?

Joining Sparks is easy, simply visit www.marksandspencer.com/sparks to sign up online. If you shop in store regularly, it’s best to also pick up a physical card that can be easily scanned at the till every time you shop. You can pick one up in store and add it to your account online, (click here to find out how). 

If you pick up a card in store before signing up, you’ll be able to add it to your new account during registration – you’ll need to do this in order to receive your offers and benefits.

Don’t have a M&S online account?
You'll need to create one before you can join Sparks and you’ll be prompted to do so during the Sparks registration process. It's quick and easy to set up and your new account will mean you'll be able to shop online, track your deliveries, review your latest buys and much more. By signing up to a M&S online account, you are not signing up to any kind of credit account and you can close your account at any time.

Don’t have an email address and/or access to the internet?
Don’t worry, you can still sign up to Sparks without an email address. Simply pick up a card in store and ask a store assistant to help you, or call our Customer Service line on 0333 014 8423. You’ll receive our quarterly postal mailer containing fantastic offers that you will be able to redeem in store or online.

Sparks cards are available at all M&S stores in England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
