My Sparks card has been lost or stolen, what do I do?

Your sparks and benefits are held on your account, not on the card so if your card is lost, damaged or stolen, you simply need to pick up a new card in store and add it to your account. Once it is added to your account, you'll be able to use it to collect sparks. Your old card will then deactivate. 

To add/edit your card details, go to and log in to your account. On the Sparks homepage, scroll to the bottom and click 'edit card' in the right-hand corner.
