My Sparks card has been damaged, lost or stolen, what do I do?

Don’t panic! You won’t lose your sparks balance or benefits as these details are held on your account, not on your Sparks card.

Simply pick up a new card in store and add it to your account. To add/edit your card details, go to www.marksandspencer.com/sparks and log in to your account. Click on the ‘Settings’ tab, scroll to ‘Your Sparks Card’, click 'edit’ and follow the prompts.

Once your new card is added to your account, you'll be able to use it to collect sparks. Your old card will then be deactivated. Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for any sparks you have collected to appear in your account.
