I don't seem to have the correct number of sparks, why is this?

If you think you are missing some sparks, please bear in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for them to update. For Shwopping and writing a product review, please allow up to four days for your sparks to show. You can check your sparks balance by logging in to the Sparks hub or through the M&S mobile app.
If you bought an item in one of our stores and your Sparks card was not scanned, we are able to add these points up to 30 days after the original transaction. The points can be added to your account on production of your original receipt and Sparks card.
Please note that sparks points do not translate into cash value and cannot be spent in store.
