I don't seem to have the correct number of sparks, why is this?
If you think you are missing some sparks, please bear in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for them to update. For Shwopping and writing a product review, please allow up to four days for your sparks to show. You can check your sparks balance by logging in to the Sparks hub.
If you bought an item in one of our stores and your Sparks card was not scanned, unfortunately we are unable to add these points at a later date. Please make sure you are presenting your card at the beginning of every transaction. Some products may be excluded from the scheme including baby milk products (0-6 months) and lottery tickets.
Please note that sparks points do not translate into cash value and cannot be spent in store.
