I haven't received my sparks from a recent transaction, what do I do?

It can take up to 48 hours for your sparks to be credited to your account after a purchase. You can check your sparks balance by logging into the Sparks hub or thorugh the M&S mobile app.

If you bought an item in one of our stores and your Sparks card was not scanned, we are able to add these points up to 30 days after the original transaction. The points can be added to your account on production of your original receipt and Sparks card.

Please note that some products may be excluded from the scheme including baby milk products (0-6 months) and lottery tickets.

Bonus sparks do not show on your till receipt but will be present in your account. This can take up to 48 hours.
