Can I retrospectively add sparks if a refund has taken place on the original transaction?
No, sparks cannot be retrospectively applied if a refund has been performed on the original purchase. Any refunds will be reflected in your Sparks balance. If you return an item as faulty, you will keep your sparks as a gesture of goodwill.
